PDSA Animal Wellbeing Report 2022
Over the last 12 years, the annual PDSA Animal Wellbeing (PAW) Report has surveyed a nationally representative sample of the UK’s dog, cat and rabbit owners to find out how they are providing for their pet’s welfare needs and reliably estimate pet populations. Robust methodology, consistently applied, enables accurate comparison of data and identification of trends.

NOAH is committed to One Health which includes limiting the development of antimicrobial resistance by promoting responsible use and stewardship of antibiotics. Offering training to all their members, NOAH helps individuals to understand the risks and know when to give and not to give antibiotics.
Surrey Research Park – centre for digital innovation
The Surrey Research Park is owned and operated by the University of Surrey and is a centre of excellence for technology, science, health, space and engineering. The park lets out spaces to businesses who want to be located close to London but not directly within it.
Animal Health Innovation Network
The Animal Health Innovation Network bring together academia, research organisations and industry to drive innovation in the animal health sector by creating shared opportunities for value creation through collaborations, data and digital transformation.
DIGIT Lab
At the University of Exeter, the DIGIT Lab has been founded by Alan Brown, Professor in Digital Economy, and is an EPSRC Next Stage Digital Economy Research Centre backed by £12.4M in funding. DIGIT Lab is a programme helping to provide research insights, knowledge frameworks and practical techniques to accelerate digital transformation.

That animal and human health are interdependent is increasingly recognised. Sixty percent of infectious diseases in humans are zoonotic, but despite their combined prevalence and statutory reporting in the UK, zoonoses are poorly studied.
